HR and payroll software consultant
Selection of HR, payroll, time and attendance and other HR-related applications:
constructing or reviewing the business case for software, interpreting strategic and operational requirements, reviewing current software against future requirements, investigating current process/workflows and suggesting improvements to be gained from the new technology, matching agreed criteria to offers from potential providers (I track over 80 HRIS applications), drawing guidelines for demonstrations and attending demonstrations to assist clients in their selection process, assessing strength of personnel to be users of the new systems and outlining future training needs.
Implementation of HR, payroll, time and attendance and other HR-related applications: data migration, new process/workflow design and client side program management of HRIS implementation.
